Any estimate provided over the phone or WhatsApp based on customer-provided photos is a preliminary estimate. A final, binding project cost will only be provided after our engineers conduct a free physical site visit to assess the structure, access roads, and safety requirements.
The client must be the legal owner of the property (or have authorized written consent from the owner) before we can begin any demolition. While Shah Demolishers will assist and guide you through the local municipal (BBMP/MUDA) permission processes, securing the final legal clearance and disconnecting live utilities (electricity, water lines) is the responsibility of the property owner prior to the project start date.
Unless a different agreement is explicitly written into your final contract, all scrap materials recovered during the demolition (including steel, iron, wood, and concrete debris) become the property of Shah Demolishers. The value of this scrap is already factored into our pricing to give you the lowest possible upfront demolition cost.
We use highly controlled methods to prevent collateral damage. However, customers must inform neighbors of the upcoming work. We are fully responsible for our machinery and crew, but preexisting structural weakness in shared/compound walls must be documented prior to work beginning.
